New wheel design with 8 swinging blades capable of extracting power from either wind or wave forces, it could be submersed either horizontally or vertically in the water or stacked horizontally in vertical tower assembly .

Points explaining my enthusiasm toward submersed wheels:
+ Accommodates with tremendous sea/ocean water area and depths .
+ Can absorb more power from travelling waves compared with point absorbers .
+ Simplicity of design and ease of implementation with lowest costs .
+ Can be arrayed in matrix of thousands units aligned together in rows .
+ Such arrangement achieves dual goals, one is generating electricity and the other is protecting shore lines from erosion damage caused by embedded wave energy .

I converted a vintage Zax filmstrip into a moving video with the sound in tact with each scene. In case you don’t remember Zax was the little blue robot who taught kids about electricity during the ’80s with PSAs and school stuff. He was created by Duke Power. If anyone has any of the original PSA’s, PLEASE SHARE THEM!!!!
